Lono and Kapa'ihi is an animatic based off of the "Legend of Lonoikamahiki."

 

With the help of my fellow Hawaiian peers for the translated dialogue and culturally accurate representations and visuals, Lono and Kapa'ihi is my interpretation of the Ancient Hawaiian culture's often forgotten same sex 'aikane relationships, and one of the oldest queer stories in Ancient Hawai'i.
